Admission to both the BA (MCJ) and BCom in Management Studies programmes for the academic year 2025-2026 will be based on the Xavier’s Entrance Test 2025 (XET 2025) followed by a merit list.

The online application portal will be open from 6 p.m. (IST) on 3rd April 2025 to 6 pm (IST) on 5th May 2025.
The application fee for XET 2025 for both BA (MCJ) and BCom in Management Studies is Rs. 3000/-.

Entrance Test Schedule (Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT)):
For centres outside Mumbai, the XET 2025 for both BA (MCJ) and BCom in Management Studies will be held between Saturday 10th May and Sunday 11th May 2025.
For the centre in Mumbai (St. Xavier’s College only), the test will be held between Saturday 10th May and Sunday 11th May 2025 and between Friday 16th May and Saturday 17th May 2025. The exams on 16th and 17th May will be exclusively in Mumbai.
The schedule will remain unaltered even if the dates are declared public holidays.
The test duration is 2 hours.
The exact address for the venue will be given in your Admit Card, which will be released online two days prior to your exam.
The test will be held across 9 cities: Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Bangalore, Jaipur, Cochin, Kolkata, Goa, and Guwahati. You will have the option to select one centre in the application form.
Basis of Admission:
XET 2025 will be of 100 marks.
The final merit list will be computed with 60% weightage to the XET score and 40% weightage to the score obtained in the qualifying Class XII Examinations.
